The South-East Asia Leadership Academy (SEALA) , an annual leadership workshop launched by SIBF (Society of International Business Fellows) had a 10 days intensive program in Shangrila Rasa Ria, Kota Kinabalu Sabah in June 2022. The SEALA Academy is a leadership bootcamp whose watchwords are purpose, authenticity, character, and values. You will need all your skill to master the high refinements of leadership arts.
SEALA is not all lectures and general theory. Plenary learning sessions alternate with breakout groups facilitated by experienced business people, and seasoned practitioners from around the world. Every idea is up for discussion; every lesson is tested against experience to prove its worth. SEALA focuses on the real-life applications of leadership skills especially seen against the developing needs of South East Asia today.
To celebrate their journey, we are honoured to organize a white night for the group. We were blessed to have good weather during the night as it was rain season. Everyone dressed in white and welcome by our local artist – Appy with his beautiful live band. An incredible fire-eating show accompanied the night.
