Fresh & White Borneo Edition: Out-of-Home Activation Across Sabah & Sarawak

When Fresh & White launched its Limited Borneo Edition with the “Suarakan Tradisi” campaign and “AAHHH” challenge, the brand wanted more than just shelf visibility – they wanted real, on-ground excitement with families in Sabah and Sarawak. 

As a homegrown team specialising in event management and activation across Sabah and  Sarawak, we were engaged to bring this campaign to life through a fun, high-energy out-of-home road activation that feels authentically Bornean.

The activation was designed as a mobile brand experience covering key locations across Sabah and Sarawak. 

To match the campaign’s spirit, we leaned into three pillars:

  1. Borneo-first look & feel – booth and display styling inspired by local motifs, colours and the special Borneo packaging.
  2. Simple, addictive gameplay – something you can’t walk past without wanting to try.
  3. Clear link to purchase & contest entry – buy, play, shout “AAHHH!”, and stand a chance to win.

Our role as an activation partner goes beyond setting up the booth. We support the brand by:

  • Planning suitable locations and traffic patterns for each city,
  • Handling permits, logistics and local coordination,
  • Training crew on product knowledge and contest mechanics,
  • Ensuring visual consistency with national campaign assets.
